1. Acceptance of Terms

The 85kvip reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time, including documents such as RG, CPF, CNH, or passport. Accounts created with false information or that do not meet the criteria above will be closed immediately, with potential forfeiture of any available balances.

3. User Account

Each user may hold only one active account on the 85kvip. Creating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in all identified accounts being blocked, with potential forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and any verification codes sent by SMS or email. The 85kvip is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.

• Never share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account dashboard.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Use unique passwords that differ from those used on other services.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. The 85kvip may carry out verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

The withdrawal method must match the one used for the most recent deposit, unless expressly authorized by support. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the required rollover has been fully completed.
• Cancelled bets, bets on events with odds below 1.50, or combined bets on correlated events generally do not count toward the rollover.
• Each user is entitled to a single welcome bonus. Attempts to claim the bonus multiple times through separate accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts.
• Bonuses have an expiration date — generally 30 days from the credit date. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled with no option for reactivation.
• The 85kvip reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse, coordinated play, or a breach of terms is suspected.

5.2 Bets on Restricted Markets

6. Betting and Games

6.1 Sports Betting

• Odds are locked at the time the bet is confirmed and cannot be changed afterward.
• If an event is canceled or postponed for more than 48 hours, all corresponding bets are fully refunded to the user's balance.
• The 85kvip reserves the right to limit or decline bets on certain markets or events, particularly where unusual activity is detected.
• Pricing errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) are not valid. Bets placed at erroneous odds may be cancelled and the amounts refunded.

7. User Conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, 85kvip is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games placed on the platform.
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages not directly caused by an act or omission of 85kvip.

The maximum liability of the 85kvip for any individual claim is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred.

12. Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time through the settings panel or by contacting support. Before closure, any available real-money balance will be withdrawn normally, subject to standard processing times and limits. Unconverted bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

The 85kvip may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the event of: a violation of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud or unlawful activity; a request from the relevant authorities; or prolonged inactivity (account not accessed for more than 24 months).

13. Changes to the Terms

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the District of São Paulo — SP are hereby designated as the exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from these terms, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
